Rock stars don't cry.

Here's a look at a layout I did last week using pictures my sister took of my sweet nephew, Stone.
Journaling reads: Stone ~ It's not always easy being the little brother. Presley didn't want to share her karaoke machine with you, and when she tried to take the microphone away you cried. While your cries were blasting out through the speaker, Mom was snapping pictures.
And I have to add that I am so proud of my sister {Valerie}. She has become more and more comfortable with her camera and has developed a good eye for getting shots like these. Remember the one she took of Stone and his sunglasses? So cute. Anyway, I'm proud that she is the type of parent who thinks to grab her camera at times like these to capture the moment.
Good job, V!

This was both hilarious and touching! We were having the most fun at Stone's expense! Val really captured the moment and you brought it to life! Proud of you both! xo

Deb, this is one seriously good page!
Your sister did a great job getting these shots it is a fine fine with the melt down ones - trying to be a mummy and perhaps needing to discipline, trying not to laugh if they are out of control and then trying to capture the moment!

What a cute little boy and a lovely bright page too. Once I made Gracia get back into the stream she had fallen off her bike into so that I could get a photo and that was before I scrapbooked so the poor girl doesn't stand a chance now!

Oh my goodness, Deb...this little guy is a heart-stealer!!! Not to mention a karaoke stealer. Ha!
I also love this layout. You do such beautiful work!!!
And I looooved seeing all the pics from your class last week. I clicked over to her Blog...awesome!!! Any idea where she gets those polka-dot fabric letters for her scrapbooking? They look like they're about 2 inches tall. Anyway, such beautiful work!
Take care,
Mary Lou
