This weekend I...

...spent three full days in a Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher training workshop;
:o)

expanded my yoga tribe and made new friends;
loved practicing yoga in a circle format and learned so much about human mandalas! (LOVED!);
played - I mean, actually played - for three days in a row;

did a lot of yoga poses and jumped up and down and danced and stood up and sat down and stood up and sat down and...
learned so many great tricks for teaching kids about breath awareness;

woke up with a monkey sticker still adhered to my arm because I didn't have the heart to take it off before bed last night;
smiled and laughed so much that my smile muscles are deliciously achy this morning; and
received a certificate to teach children yoga. :o)

Time to switch gears...
Have a lovely week, my friends.

Teaching kids? Oh, wow, I hadn't even thought of that as a possibility. You'd be so good at it

Any child would be lucky to have you as their yoga teacher! Well done!

How fun does that sound? I imagine that gear shift may have been a little tricky today.

That sounds such a wonderful qualification to have. Yoga should be on every school curriculum. If I had a little one, I'd have total confidence in you :).

Been meaning to send you a message....Clara had her first little yoga class on Tuesday. When I picked her up, I asked her, "what do you say when you're done with yoga". She replied, "Namaste, Namaste, Namaste, YAY!!!". It was so cute and I immediately thought of you. :-)
