For the most part, the recipes I've pinned on Pinterest are a collection of things that sound really yummy when I first see them, and then they are filed away as dishes that look really yummy but never get made - kind of like the old days when I'd print a copy of a recipe and add it to the stack of paper recipes I'd like to make one day.
But this recipe for artichoke chicken? I knew this was something that Doug and I would love, so I pinned it and made it within the same week.
Maybe not the most appetizing photo, but you'll have to take my word for it - this was delicious! If you like a good artichoke dip you'll love this dish, and it was super easy to make as well.
So, what about you? Are you pinning and making recipes?

It sounds delicious. This would make a perfect SIPIDI! post Deb. It would be great to have you along. I don't pin many recipes, but I have made most of them.
I must admit I've got out of the habit of using Pinterest so most of my 'sound good' recipes are cut out of magazines or printed from websites. Unfortunately, artichokes do not suit my stomach so I have to steer well clear of them!
I've pinned many but only tried a few. Those red potatoes and green beans look wonderful.

I'm more of a pinner and collector at the minute. I do have a crockpot Caesar chicken I want to try. maybe this weekend..

It sounds great but John's got this thing about artichokes so guess I won't be trying it. Right now I seem to be more of a collector of them. I need to get back to trying.
