How is it Monday already?!?!

Wanna' see my weekend in photos?
I bought this bottle of wine for the cute label. It's called "Three Wishes":
Wish #1 - I wish the name on the label had photographed better.
Wish #2 - I wish the wine had tasted better.
Wish #3 - I wish for world peace.
Not much packing happened this past weekend. I've packed everything but the things I need on hand. We're scheduled to get the keys to our new place tomorrow, and will be moving at the end of this month. More on that later this week...
I made potato salad to take to my father-in-law's house on Saturday night. It didn't turn out as yummy as the first batch I'd made, but it was ok.
And some cupcakes too...
Had a yard sale, made a little money and donated the rest to our local thrift store...
His and hers fun mail {Scrapbook magazine for me, hunting tags for him}:
Football season has begun {pre-season anyway...} so Doug spent a little time on the couch... {Go Cardinals!!!}
Had an awesome time with Doug's dad (and family) on Saturday night. I took a bunch of family photos {at my FIL's request}. No one could hardly argue about me taking their photo because I was just doing as I was told. ;o)
Found out that our niece Karie is pregnant! {eeeeeeeeeeeee! There's a baby in there!!!!!!}
On our way home from my FIL's late Saturday night, we stopped by the mail box and I found these lovely treats from Lizzie. I had chocolate for breakfast Sunday morning! :o) {AMAZING chocolate turtles from this Etsy shop. Yum!} Thanks so much, Lizzie!!!
Made cookies and froze the dough to take to my mom's this weekend. ROAD TRIP!!! {Mom, I'm bringing cookies...}
Put Carrie back to brunette yesterday afternoon {she looked so pretty!}
And enjoyed the company of Marcus for a while {love him!}
And there you have it.
Phew...no wonder I didn't spend much time on the computer this weekend.
I was busy, but loving every minute.
Cheers to all of us for an amazing week!!!
xo

Sounds perfect! I am always unduly happy when a bottle of wine has both a great label and tastes good! Can't wait for your roadtrip!!!

A busy weekend,Deb.Sorry to hear about the wine.
You must be getting very excited about the move now.
Getting through your weekend means you're one weekend closer to coming to my house! We're excited as are a few other relatives who are popping in! Great looking pictures, fun times and congrats to Karie! And, yay, for your yummy cookies coming to Grandma's house!!! xoxoxo
You've had a great weekend Deb!
There is a wine label over here called the Four Sisters and my two sisters and one sister in law like to buy it - well, we did until we tasted the wine ... we were so impressed with ourselves for a few minutes anyway!
I love seeing your weekend photos - sounds like it was a good one all round (congrats to Karie on the pregnancy!!). What a great idea to freeze the cookie dough, I must try that! Do you use an ice cream scoop to make your dough balls? xx
That's one of those lovely "bit of this, bit of that" weekends which I love :)
Sounds like a great weekend and I love your 3 wishes! you are too cute my friend!!
Deb, It looks like a perfect mix for the weekend :) Thinking your next weekend may be well photographed as well ;)
