Just a quote for Friday

"Just a quote for Friday" ~ back by popular demand...
{ok...at Carrie's request}
2011 ~ Project 365 / 5

Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind.
"Pooh," he whispered.
"Yes, Piglet?"
"Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's paw, "I just wanted to be sure of you."

Too cute! I think it was Winnie The Pooh who said "It's so much more friendly with two" - I love that one too :)

Pooh and Piglet and the rest of the gang down at Pooh's Corner frequently have some very pithy things to say. Love this!

You really are too cute Deb! And so is your daughter. I miss my Friday quotes too, I think I have to get back to it soon. Have a great weekend! xoxo, Steph

Ah, so nice! Tell Carrie I'm glad she got you to reinstate this idea.

That little Piglet quote reminds me of when my DS was a toddler and sometimes said/did much the same thing (without the last bit, as I dont think he knew why he did it, but it made him feel ok).

I have a bookmark with a cool Winnie the Pooh quote: "It is more fun to talk with someone who doesn't use long, difficult words, but rather short, easy words, like 'What about lunch?'"
I concurr!

Yay! I'm so glad that you brought back the quotes. :) And that is kinda a cute picture - even though I was feeling like crap that day!

haha. I love the simpleness of blogging a quote on Friday :) And who doesn't love Pooh?!

I love the wisdom of Pooh. Your quote reminds me of this quote from Pooh:
"Never forget me, because if I thought you would, I'd never leave."

My daughter and I love Pooh and friends. She has a stack of stuffed Eeyores in her room and a hat that looks like Eeyore with the floppy ears and all. I bought it for me but she "borrowed" it and I never got it back.

I love the idea of quote Friday. I think I might add it to my blog. It's a great way to inspire and make people think.

I know you are doing the 365 project. Are you doing it on the actual site? I was going to but decided to just make a blog of it here. It's my Project Shutter Bug one. My only problem is just finding one picture a day so sometimes I have several.

I am glad you like the scavenger hunt. It's a blast and a family tradition now that I hope the kids continue with their kids. I found a Pooh quote that my kids would love.
“Before beginning a Hunt, it is wise to ask someone what you are looking for before you begin looking for it.” - Winnie The Pooh

Have a stupendous day!

Thank you for inspiring me once again. I decided to start a new blog of quotes. I shared yours and added some I saw on Livestrong's Facebook page that I follow. I plan on using ones I know, new ones I find and "borrowing" some from my sister's facebook page. I hope people find the page and it inspires them to share. XOXO
