Carrie made me this sweet little terrariumfor Christmas using a bowl we found at our local
thrift shop. She found the precious little deer
{that is only about an inch tall} from an Etsy shop.

I love this gift and am happy to report that theplants are thriving in my sunny kitchen window.

I love it! The deer reminds me of some my Grandma had when I was growing up. She was an amazingly crafty and talented person. She did everything from fancy cake decorating to candle making and she even had her own kiln and made ceramic dolls. I loved when we got to go over and she would teach us her crafts. Thanks for the trip down memory lane your post inspired!
