Doug: "Uh-huh!"
Me: "...only way these could be better is if we had fresh cilantro on hand..."
Doug: "Or if we were looking at the ocean right now."

I love how we think alike.

PS: I realized after I finished this post that the avacado slices in the last photo look like limes in my tacos! Ha. They aren't - we squeeze the lime on top for juice flavor! And I leave my avacados in slices rather than dice them because they stay in the tortillas better. :o)

I never had a fish taco. I don't know why, but I keep shying away from it. But these make them very tempting!!
I've never had a taco at all!!!
These look so delicious! I take the easy way out--Gorton's fish tenders baked in the oven--serve on corn tortilla with salsa, whole kernel corn and lettuce shreds! (The food editor for your blog did a great job styling the tacos for your photo shoot!) teehee! xo
Mmmm.. they look delicious! So next time you make them let me know what time, lol!
Mmm, looks good - I wonder if The Doctor would like these? Worth a try.... :-)
:o) I guess since tacos are so common in the states (and especially in Arizona) that I assumed everyone was familiar with them.
Jacky - you MUST give them a try!!!
Mom - I like the sounds of your version! Doug doesn't care for corn mixed in stuff, but I sure do.
And, everyone, a less-healthy version of these is to use battered and deep-fried fish fillets...SOOOO good!!!
Never thought of having a fish taco but they look absolutely yummy.I think my other half would really like these - great idea x
Yum! I was planning on making tacos for dinner tonight - I might exchange the meat for fish .... now my mouth is watering!
Love fish tacos here! One of the joys of living near the coast.
