It's finally here!
September 1st.
September 1st.
♥
I know there are still 20 official days of summer left, but somehow the beginning of September feels like the beginning of fall to me. And it's hard to think otherwise when my grocery store has a full aisle of Halloween candy already in stock.
.
Simple thank you jars filled with equal parts of salted peanuts and candy corn. If you haven't tried this you must! It's always a big hit where ever it goes.Happy September!

Oh, yes! You really are a fellow September lover! Those jars are seriously cute and I know I would love that salty sweet combination. Yum.
That sounds delicious,Deb....over here Halloween is not nearly as big as it is in the States....and it's Christmas our shops are stacking up with!!!
That does sound yummy - sweet and salty! I'm finding that I'm surprisingly happy about the beginning of the school year. Enjoying a bit of structure after the freedom of summer.

Deb you always do a wonderful job of making and packaging yummy treats,
wish I lived closer I would be knocking on your door :)
I'm looking forward to autumn in a big way this year!
Even though I'm the "summer" type, I do love the holidays of Oct, Nov and Dec!!! These are so very cute and I can definitely vouch for their yumminess!!! xo
We really don't celebrate Halloween to the extent that you do so it's really interesting to see the kind of things you do over there. Never seen salted peanuts mixed with sweets before, but I'm willing to try anything/most things once!
Altogether far too cute!
Yes, I always feel that Autumn is on it's way once we hit September, time to get the crafty projects out for the cold dark evenings !
salty and sweet! what a combination! we're heading into spring in australia, with all it's associated pollen and sneezing and sunshine and fun!
Why, so it is :-) And although August is my favourite month, I'm ready to embrace September....
I have to pass on the Hallowe'en treats though. Nut allergy :-(
Nothing says fall like candy corn.
I love those jars but have never tried the mix - sounds interesting! It's beginning to feel like Autumn here already and I have to admit, I'm liking it :o) xx
This looks yummy. I'll have to give it a try. Your jars are adorable.
