And then there was grout.

I wonder if Doug realized how much of this tiling project he'd be doing all by himself when "we" decided to do the floor on our own. My shoulder has kept me out of commission, reducing me to being the errand-runner-sandwich-maker-ice-water-bringer.
.
I finally made an appointment to see my family doctor this week. We'll see what she has to say about this.
.
In the meantime, our floors are looking SOOOOOO fabulous, and I'm so proud of the work Doug has done. This is the first time he's laid tile, and you'd never know it. We're {he's} about 1/2 of the way done on this project. We're {he's} getting there!!!
.
{...kind of hard to complain about the dust
when Doug has been working so hard!}

It looks fantastic! Doug has done a great job. The Engineer is going to do our tiling too - and as a first timer! Look after that shoulder Deb :-)

Wow, it looks amazing :-) I do hope your shoulder is better soon - meanwhile, surely cats can be trained to bring sandwiches and ice water on demand?!

It looks fantastic! And tiling is so expensive too..I bet you've saved a penny or two.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the doctor will be able to offer you some relief for your shoulder

It looks beautiful! Doug is working like a pro--never know he's a first-timer!

Poor baby! I'm getting worried about your shoulder. Sounds like it's not going to get better on its own. Time to get to the doc! xo
