Happy Monday morning, blog friends!
♥
I think our blood oranges could have used a few more weeks of ripening, but once the birds discover them it's in our best interest to save what we can. So on Saturday, Doug picked all of the oranges and we had his brother and our SIL over for blood orange margaritas.
We had lots of rain toward the end of last week, and most of the day on Saturday. It was such a surprise to wake up Sunday morning to fog {very rare here in Arizona}! And the reminder of why I don't drink tequila. ~sigh~
There was also a yoga workshop in the mix this weekend, and Super Bowl Sunday which was very low-key this year {see previous paragraph...}. Carrie came over and we made nachos and watched part of the game together.
This week includes a hair appointment, yoga classes, and preparing for our fifth annual Valentine crop with our crafting friends next weekend. I may even try to finagle an afternoon off work to dedicate to finishing up the quilt top that seems to be taking for.ever. to complete.
Look for the good in everything this week, my friends.
It's there if you watch for it.

The margaritas look beautiful. Do you know? I've never had one, or tequila for that matter. Will there be marmalade this year?
Oh they look really yummy...I'm another one who has never had tequila...lol..
Hope you are well...sorry not been around the last few months...my blog has been sorely neglected...hoping to rectify that this year.
Enjoy your week. xxx
Cheers!
The drinks look stunning....I've never had tequila either....but I think I may stick to just admiring it!!
Very pretty drinks and good luck with the afternoon off x
Oh my goodness, those margaritas looks delicious!!! So yummy! And I always look forward to seeing what you guys do at your Valentine's Day crafting event.
Even though I don't drink margaritas, I have to say they look fantastic!
Oh I do love a good margarita! I've never tried anything other than lime in mine though. But am happy to experiment ;-)
Enjoy your week!
I don't like margaritas but yours do (did?) look very tempting!
Mmmm delicious!
Nope - not a tequila drinker either. Usually a light beer kind of girl, though there may be an occasional rum or vodka drink in there if they are extra yummy! Have a great week Deb!
Great advice - to look for the good in everything!
They look lovely although I've never had one either!
I love margaritas but can't handle tequila sunrises because of a really, really bad experience with them in high school. So jealous of the Valentine's crop.

They really look great - I'll have to see if I can find some blood oranges to give them a try.
