Hello Deb! Thanks for your comment. Just a thought - only last night I found a recipe for a spicy pumpkin and blood orange marmalade. There is also a recipe for orange marmalade - I suppose blood oranges would be fine to use. Any good? They don't require extra pectin (just boil with the pips and some lemon juice) and although they recommend using some peel, you could probably omit if you preferred. Anyway, just an idea. I haven't tried either of these but the book has been a hit so far! Let me know.
