Lori our resident Horticulure expert says yes, pinch off the flowers on the Cole's, keeps it from going to seed and will encourage it to Bush out instead of becoming leggy.

Finishing Nicholas' quilt top while having so big issues with the sewing machine @@ Planning his grad party and catching up on your posts :) I know you should pinch the flowers off but sometimes I just can't lol I am enjoying the chive flowers so am using the ones without flowers and enjoying the ones with.
What a lovely list. I would definitely pinch that flower off, so it doesn't go to seed and will instead continue to branch out. It makes my heart happy to think of you sketching. I'm heading up to Oregon to see my boy for mother's day.
