30 Days of Thankful ~ Week One

A few notes:

I'm participating in Cathy Zielske's "30 Days of Thankful" during the month of November, and Fridays are the link-up day. So during November, I'll be using Fridays for posting the pages I've completed. {Cathy's templates were used for my photos today.}

Doug has been away on a hunting trip since October 31st, but he's coming home today (YAY! Thankful!) so don't think I'm ignoring him in the mix of people and things that I am oh so thankful for.

And I'll end my "30 Days of Thankful" posts with a Quote for Friday:

"We can only be said to be alive in those moments
when our hearts are conscious of our treasures."
~ Thornton Wilder

Hello Deb, what beautiful pictures and words you have shared this first week. I have a dog named Lucky too and love her more then ever, never wanted a dog but can't imagine life without her.
Your view is amazing, watching sunsets/rises is my favorite.
I love the flowers and idea of arranging them. I'm not good with flowers but I do make mandalas with mine and share them each Monday.
Thanks for sharing what your thankful for this week. I love November and sharing our thanks this month.

What a wonderful start to you Thankful project! You captured the beauty of the southwest very nicely. We lived in Santa Fe for two years and I do miss it this time of year, when it gets so cold here in MI.

What wonderful layouts. I really enjoyed reading your journaling prompts and seeing your wonderful pictures. I like that you moved the journaling to the sides of the photos.

What a wonderful post Deb, I really love all your cards, it will be a beautiful book when it's finished. The quote is one of my favourites and one that I have on my list to go onto my blog.
