Good day, friends.
♥
Yesterday afternoon I scanned through my blog and wow - that was a lot of writing and a lot of photos and I'm not even half way through telling you about my trip with Carrie. I have another vacation post ready for Saturday, but let's do something different today - let's talk cookies.
These were a big hit around here! I used this recipe for the cookie dough, but added some chopped up dried pineapple, a handful of coconut, and some white chocolate chips and called them piña colada cookies. These were made several weeks ago, but I froze some of the dough and baked the last batch of them a few days ago. Yum.Yum.Yum.
Here's hoping that warm cookies are in your future!

Hmmmm not fond of dried pineapple or any form of coconut but will have to bookmark the recipe because others around here feel differently ;)
I'm already wondering how I could adapt this to make them margarita cookies ...
But for now, pina colada sounds pretty good (Denise will definitely approve of this!)
