Valentine Bunting

Inspired by my friend Traci.

Super simple.

This was made using pages from a book I picked up from my local thrift store. I love that it's printed in French, although I have no idea what it says. I do know that Barbara and Helen are characters in the story - here's hoping they are good girls with lovely things taking place in their lives. {And if you speak French and the story is not a nice one, please allow me to remain blissfully ignorant.}

Love your bunting, I think I saw something similar on Rebecca Cooper's blog. Very cute! x

Aaaw this is sooo cute Deb...I love it...I love using book pages for craft but hate cutting into a book as I am so weird about my books(never give them to charity, give them away and get really itchy til they come back if I have lent them!!!)

Now there's a lovely little coincidence - a friend was showing me how to use her Cricut this morning and we were cutting red hearts for bunting...yours of course has that Deb flair we all love

Stunning - love the turquoise and red together.

Snazzy - love the black and white combined with your signature colours.

The red is perfect against this black and white - so chic, it being French (and a translation of an English Inspector Lynley mystery, I think). Very eyecatching!

Love this! The French makes it even more romantic :) I like that Whiskers Jay is keeping an eye on things ;)

p.s. I keep meaning to email you about your upcoming trip to England, to find out your plans and maybe give you some suggestions.

In the last picture on the pennant with the heart and butterfly there are a few words that make me think that this is a story about a 'lady of the night'!!!

Lovely bunting though!

I love the text paper and was absolutely charmed to find out it was in French. Somehow that just seems perfect for Valentines Day. This is just delightful!
