{Virtual} Christmas Cookie Exchange

If you like your cookies soft and chewy - and easy to make - this is a recipe for you!

1 box of cake mix {I used a German Chocolate cake mix I had on hand}
2 eggs {room temperature}
1/2 cup melted butter {cooled so it's not hot when you add it to the mix}
1 cup chocolate chips {plus I added some M&M's and sprinkles to the top for color}

Mix it all together, roll it in 1" balls, bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.

Yum-a-licious!

I also would never have thought to use cake mix for a biscuit/cookie ... but, it makes sense and would be such a quick way to whip up a batch!
