Just a quote for Friday

"Well, I'm sorry sir, but if you can't give me a detailed list
of each and every item to be picked up our driver will
have to leave whatever is not on the list."

~ Woman at City of Chandler refuse pick-up department to Doug this week

LOL! LOVE it! So what ever happened with this? Did Doug give her the detailed list?

Hilarious! Can't wait to hear how this saga ends! I guess the woman never used the word "trash" to know that it's pretty much a "catch-all" word! xoxo

I would have given her a list, alright! "one commode, used, top askew, in a soft ecru. one previously loved coors light carton. assorted wood pieces, pine, maple, and oak, both finished and unfinished. gently loved linens that no longer match our decor... " should I go one? ay, people!

So different than my encounter with the City of Chandler. They just wanted to be sure I had no concrete in the mix. Actually, thieves in the night cleared out most of what I put out at my curb, so the list did not match what was waiting for them. :(

Hilarious! I hope your driveway in nice and clear now. Maybe the list could be "one pile of crap" Happy Labor Day!
