Stuff I love right now

Hello, blog friends! Come on in...
let me show you some of the things that
make me happy right now.
:o)
♦ ♦ ♦

Surprise flowers from Carrie / Carrie over for meatloaf night / weather just perfect for dining outdoors.
Choosing a bottle of wine based solely on the cuteness of the label and really liking it {you've gotta' try this one Janae!}: Receiving more "happy mail" in one week than I've received during my whole life! {ok, maybe that's an exaggeration, but it's been a lot and it's been wonderful, and I'll share more about this soon...}: Our chalk blocks with Doug's birthday message for me / remnants of my birthday all over our house: My craft room that is in shambles right now, but is set for organization this weekend. {It makes me a little crazy when it's upside down like this, but I still feel very fortunate to have this space and I love it anyway!}♥ ♥ Being the lucky recipient of Sian's "Pass the Book" - twice! I received "Expressive Photography" as a first round from Sian's blog, and "Inner Excavation" as a pass from Cheri's blog. Lucky me! {and lucky you because I'll be offering them up for passing soon...}♥ ♥ This adorable Royal wedding commemorative bear bestowed to me from my sweet friend Denise all the way from the United Kingdom! And the way Fancy Jane likes to sit by him on top of our computer desk. Uploading photos and finding one of Whiskers with an expression on his face that makes me laugh. {Surely if he was human he'd be embarrassed that I'm making this photo public.} ♥ ♥ Packages {parcels} marked with "Royal Mail" stamps, and notes from my 90-year old grandmother {note her salutation - "Hi Sweet Debbie"} :o)!!! Look around you, my friends.
What makes you happy right now?
:o)

What a happy post - love your pile of happy mail! Teehee. Can't wait to see what it holds. And your bear/cat picture.
One thing that makes me happy right now is how well our dog, Gypsy, is doing. She's really blossoming as she settles into her new home and becomes more comfortable and confident. She's never been a big barker, but there's definitely less of it. And I told Paul the other day that I think she's learning how to play . . . chasing toys when we throw them and really enjoying them.
Also, my cat who is starting to shed her winter coat, seems to be "felting" her hair when she cleans it!

Reading your post made me happy! Also, Penny is slowly coming out of her depression and is sooo much better than she was, so much happier and more confident. Ben will be home again on Tuesday, all my family are coming for lunch tomorrow and Hugh brought me flowers home on Friday after work. Hope you are having a happy weekend :)

Well apart from what Ruth and Sian have already said, my new little nephew is making me very happy - and now that my two sisters and I all share a bond of motherhood! :-)

You make me happy just by being my daughter. Of course you do so much more for me than "just" that! Love all your happy things--I've got to get your happy mail out to you in a couple of days as soon as this last round wears off! I love the note from Mother--doesn't she have pretty handwriting for a 90 year old?? Love you! xo

How lovely to see that one of Denise's 'royal' teddies has made it overseas!
