Romaine lettuce is my favorite {er...mostly for the color of the lettuce...is that wrong?}
And I love using Roma tomatoes ever since I used this recipe from Karen's blog a while back...
Feta cheese and balsamic salad dressing...
Croutons made stove-top so I don't have to heat up my oven...
Yummmmmmmmm....
Oh wait...add the croutons...
Outdoor dining at its best...

Looks delicious!!! Actually the greener the lettuce the healthier because of the chlorophyll.

Okay, now I'm craving a salad! We've been eating salad a lot over the past few months--I like using the spinach, romaine, green leaf blend--loaded with antioxidants! Grocery shopping tomorrow--guess I need to stock up! Great pictures, by the way! Can't wait to have a little snack in your patio! xo
It looks delicious and that last shot really makes this into a sparkling post :)
What a tasty post Deb. Love all your photographs. Hope you enjoyed it xxx
It looks delicious! though if I just had salad with my wine, I would be napping in no time!
Oooh yum! I miss yummy, garden grown tomatoes (won't see them until late summer).
