There's a lot going on in this TurtleWorld these days, and blogging has had to take a bit of a backseat for a little while. Carrie and I will be traveling to California this weekend to visit my mom so I'm busy getting ready for a road trip. What a very pleasant surprise in the midst of my scurrying to receive a lovely "Royal Mail" package from my sweet friend Jacky.
I love Jacky's blog where she posts photos of her handiwork, including the beautiful cards she creates. As a fellow artist, I really appreciate her attention to detail, as well as the lovely sentiment she wrote inside. And as if that wasn't over-the-top nice of her, she also sent along one of her sweetly stuffed felt hearts.I am so touched by your kind gesture, Jacky!

Obviously I rarely check your mail anymore, but I had the pleasure of pulling this out of the mailbox yesterday. As soon as I saw the "royal mail" sticker, I knew you would be happy! :)
