Saturday was busy with Doug and I both working in our respective home areas - me cleaning inside and him working outside. Then Saturday night we headed to Scottsdale to meet some good friends for dinner. The weather was perfect and we had dessert and a glass of wine {ok, two glasses...} while sitting outside along the "River Walk" {which is actually a canal all fancied up} waiting for the Super-moon to rise.
After dinner we enjoyed a nice stroll around the area and took a bunch of photos that mostly didn't turn out very well {point-and-shoot along for the ride}.
Sunday morning found Carrie and I in front of my computer for two hours chatting with some lovely blog friends on Skype. I had to borrow Rhona's photo {I hope you don't mind, Rhona!} because I accidentally deleted mine before I was able to upload it. Gr!!!
Top that all off with grilled burgers on our patio with Carrie for a Sunday evening meal and you've had yourself a great weekend!♥

It really was so much fun to chat to everyone, thank you SO much for organising it. I do hope we get to do it again sometime soon! You certainly packed a lot into your weekend, you need a week off now to recover ;-)

sounds like you had a marvelous time! I did cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, more laundry, cooking ... and for fun - culled through old scrap mags and did a bunch of recycling!
What a lovely, fun weekend! Mine was fun and full as well :) The highlights being Eggplant Pie at a new restaurant and a whole afternoon with my granpuppy, Darby.
Sounds like a great weekend! Ours was good too. Busy, cleaning, baking, out with friends, and a jewelry party. Congrats to Carrie on the new computer!
Glad the skype party worked out! I was thinking of you while teaching my art jouranling class (which is why I couldn't join in the fun). Maybe next time, if there is a next time?

That skype chat was so much, thank you for organising it :). Our weekend had included a visit from friends who live in Cambridge and it was great catching up with them as well. Can't believe I didn't take any photos though!! xx

What a busy weekend you had - but it sounds lovely.
It's crazy-busy here just now... preparing for my workshop day on Saturday (teaching Sock Pet making!), planning to make wedding albums for etsy customers, trying to fit in "normal" activities - like, erm, cleaning... hmmm... and my lovely niece texted me this morning to say her baby is on her way today... Ooooh, so excited!
Now I'm off to do some work, before I spend all morning blogging!

Glad you had such a fun weekend - the kiddies are adorable! I had my photography course and then spent Sunday celebrating my Mum's birthday.
