April 30, 1961 and I'm over 9 months pregnant. My grandmother (Deb's great) was over for dinner and as she was leaving she said "Well, it looks like you're going to have a little May-bee." And of course the rest is history, she was born on May 1! That has stuck with Deb all her life, whether she liked it or not!! The funny thing is, Deborah means "queen bee" or "bee"--at the time I had not a clue about those things!
So today I'm sending birthday greetings to my May-bee! Happy Birthday, DD! Love you, "Honey"! xo
