Finish beach book... Check!

What a fun project this was! I loved working with these colors and the adorable pictures of my nephew, Stone.
All done.

PS: Can anyone tell me how/why this happens? This photo was taken in landscape mode, uploaded and turned in the right direction. But when I upload it to Blogger it turns sideways? Any hints?

"Funny photo" first... could it be a bit wide for your blog page settings? Try clicking on the photo and setting its size to "Medium" instead of "Large" / "Small" instead of "Medium" and see if that helps?
Or else open it in your editing software and save (the correct way round) with a new filename, just to see if there's a problem with the file...

As for this mini-album - what a lovely project! Your nephew is a sweetie-pie (which always makes for good scrapping!). I love the range of techniques you have used - torn and pieced paper, little felt fishies and button embellishments, punched holes - like bubbles, stitching etc etc. It's just lovely! The colour scheme is great too - not all aqua and sand, but a good, solid colour palette, just right for a busy little boy at the beach!
It's great! I love it!

Oh, it's gorgeous :-) Can't help with the photo, sorry, sounds like one of Blogger's peculiarities. I'd just say 'Blogger it!' and carry on...

The book and the photos are great. Blogger has tripped me up before, but that is a new one. Sorry I can't be more help! Is there an edit on blogger where you can rotate? I think you can if you post to blogger through Windows Live Writer. It posts the exact same, and uses your template, but you get more choices. Including watermarks.

"Blogger it" for sure ;-) It is annoying when things like that happen - I cannot offer any solution though I'm sorry.

This is a gorgeous album Deb - great work!

Love the album - it's always such a good feeling of accomplishment to complete something, isn't it? I just got my photos back for Mel's project, so will turn to that soon!

I had the same problem with blogger once when I was posting a picture of a card for a challenge I sponsored...could not get the darn thing the right way.

Oh my goodness...this is adorable, Deb!!! And looks like it was a lot of fun, too.
I got a kick out of your "morning walk" Post. What a great idea.
And then there was your daughter's tribute to you...precious-beyond-words! : )
Also, I can totally relate regarding the card making. I always spend AT LEAST 2-3 hours making one. I LOOOOVE the finished product, by I just don't understand how those other gals whip them out one after the other.
Clueless in Blogland,
M.L. : )

I love how this turned out. You had a really great subject to work with too!! Did you switch over to the new blogger editor yet? That might help, or else try saving a smaller resolution of the pic and then try again.
