So, my daughter Carrie is in transition right now - in between an apartment lease that just ended and searching for a place of her own to purchase - so she has moved her stuff into our garage and she and her dog, Marcus will be staying with us for a little while.
Being a household where "cats rule and dogs drool," it's been a trying transition to have a dog around. Although, as you can see by the pile of orange fur in the background, Fancy is pretty relaxed about it. You'll see no pictures of Whiskers in this position...he is having a difficult time.I wanted you to see Marcus' collar.
Carrie sewed buttons onto it.
:o)
That's my girl!

Cuuuuute. :) I love that dog.
Adorable!!
Marcus is a cool dog, with a cool name... sounds like his owner is pretty cool too!
That is so cool! I bet he's the envy of all his doggy chums!!
We were a 3 cat household before
DS1 developed an allergy to cat dander, & while I love dogs, DH will not entertain the idea of having one as a pet!!
Dog and collar look adorable. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat....she has decided to mainly live on top of the freezer in protest!!
Ohhhh I can feel a button collar coming on for my pooch!
so funny - love how some habits pass down the generations.
LOL! What a surprisingly sweet & funny ending to your post today. Very well written!
