My daughter, Carrie and I correspond throughout the day by way of email or phone texts. In an email last week:
Carrie: "I can't believe we don't own HappyTape yet."
My reply: "Me neither. I'm going to order some right now."
I did, and we love it! Of course, since Hubby is a painting contractor and buys masking tape by the case, he wasn't as impressed as we were. :o] Oh well.

So, I'm having fun using this multi-colored masking tape in a variety of ways. The other day I cut a melon for Hubby's breakfast and thought it would be a nice treat to send some with Carrie to work that day. I wanted to include a toothpick for her to eat it with. Enter orange HappyTape (because it had to match the melon, of course!):
Carrie: "Aw! Cute! You should take a picture of it."
Me: "Nah..."
Carrie: "And blog it. Because that's what you do."
I know. I know. I'm out of control.
♥
PS: Yes, Mother, you need HappyTape.

Deb, I've been thinking of this tape for a little while now ... hard to get here and the shipping from the US is criminal - I really need to keep looking for an Aussie supplier though because it is far too cute :-)
Hi Deb,
I love coming over here because I always learn something new. I'll have to check out this Happy Tape.
I know what you mean about the kiddos teasing that everything ends up on "The Blog". : )
Love the frames and the grouping below. Very very pretty.

I wonder how the happy tape with work with the new die cut machine???? ;-)
I had never heard of Happy Tape until this post, so I'm glad you posted about it ;o). It's so cute, I'm sure you'll find lots of uses for it! Haven't seen it in the UK yet but then I guess I haven't looked lol!
I received some happy tape from you today, I think! Of course it wrapped something even more special!!!! Thank you so much for the house warming gift - she's keeping watch over my craft desk.
Will blog a thank you this weekend, but definitely want to stop by and say a HUGE thanks (she's even my favorite color scheme - I'm thinking of naming her Lola).

I'm laughing about everything ending up on the blog! That's what my kids say too. That's very cute tape..it's just starting to become available here. We're always a bit behind!
Ah yes, I love this coloured masking tape too. I found a supplier on Etsy, but as Amy said, the postage is rather prohibitive. Luckily it is starting to come into shops over in UK (at last!), so I may have some soon. Meanwhile I could always decorate some of the white or blue stuff we have already!
The photo is funny - Carrie's right about everything going on the blog. I love the "because that's what you do" comment!
Deb, I hope that when my kids are adults I have the kind of relationship with them that you have with Carrie. Not that we would connect on crafting supplies...just that we would connect. But...I have a feeling, it's different with sons than with daughters.
Anyway, you two sure are lucky ducks to have each other!
That's what we all do! :-) Never heard of Happy Tape before, but you can be sure that when I get some, it'll go on my blog!!
I love how these stories on your blog give a real insight into how you live your life. I've never heard of Happy Tape, but it's bound to get here eventually.
I'm happy about your tape! Never heard of it before--must be at least a thousand uses for it besides messing it up with silly old paint! Can't wait to see your many uses and projects.......... xo
I love happy tape too, trying to use it in my scrapbooking and altered art. I have some really nice patterned tape too, you could really go overboard on it though !
I love happy tape and I love you! :)
I think there must be a gap in the market for 'happy tape' in the UK because I've never heard of it! Looks cute though and of course you had to blog it, we would expect nothing less!
Too funny - you are out of control - out of control adorable!
Aww :) This made me really miss my mom <3
You are too much, I am laughing so hard right now! I love Happy Tape and have been wanting it for so long! Excited to see you this weekend and to check the tape out in person.
Great story and gosh is that happy tape cute. I've never heard of it before; off to check it out!! :) But before I go, my little birdie has arrived and it's absolutely adorable. I immediately hung her in the scrapbook room!
Okay. Now I "NEED" happy tape too. Love the Happy Melon.
