What's a December Daily you ask? Well, it's a way to capture the day-to-day joys of Christmas and/or the entire month of December. I especially want to do it this year as a way to get back to Christmas basics -- to remind myself of the simple joys of the season rather than getting caught up in the hype and commercialism that seem to have captured Christmas.
My pages are chipboard, and I used a couple of pieces from a house-shaped chipboard book I got out of the dollar bin @ Michael's. The paper is some double-sided yummy-ness from Fancy Pants that I've had for a while and am finally putting it to use. I'll post some more pictures this weekend once I am caught up and updated. :o)
What simple things are you doing to celebrate this season?

Oh, gorgeous :-) I'm doing a kind of JYC/December Daily combo, picking up on any of Shimelle's prompts that 'speak' to me and recording the day to day Christmas preparations too. I *love* this time of year!
This looks great....gorgeous album....I'm doing Shimelle's....but choosing prompts that I want.
Love the house shaped books. That's a shape that really calls to me!

Your album turned out great!!! I have so many projects like that I want to either start or finish:-)
How crazy! We must think alike. :) I just found Ali Edwards' blog a few days ago and noticed what she was up to with making a December Daily book. It's inspired me to make one also..now I just need to get on the ball! Your house-shaped chipboard is very cute!
That's looking lovely! I'm doing Shimelle's JYC tied up with LSNED, which I held over from September. I might give December Daily a go next year ...
