This is the Starbucks card holder I made for my grandma for Christmas. ~sigh~ Started as a small-make-this-quick-only-gonna-have a couple pages...turned into a project that lasted a few days. :o\ Oh well. I like how it turned out. I think she will too. ♥
I used Starbucks cardboard sleeves as some of my pages, with a pocket to hold the card:

OK - so this turned out incredible cute! And...*hmmm* I'm so jealous you have sister-in-lawS to creat a fun little abbreviation and gifts for....damn....one day spencer better find a girly man..hehe...Your holiday gifts are SO dang cute. I know they'll love them.
