Thanks so much for your fun comments on my mandala kit giveaway post last week. I loved reading your answers to the question, "What was your first community?"
One of the perks of being me is that I have the good fortune to
be part of many communities - groups of people with shared
interests. My yoga community. My scrapbooking/crafting community. My blog
community. My family. My co-workers.
My first community was in the small town where I grew up: Dos
Palos, California. How fortunate am I to have that small town community as part
of my history, and to have all of these wonderful communities to love and
support my adulthood now.

And! I've also had several requests for coloring pages, so today I'm offering two
of my designs for you to print and color.
Download and print my swirly mandala by clicking here.
And my turtle mandala by clicking here.
If you post a photo of these colored pages I would love to see them! Do tag me (@paperturtle) and if you are so inclined, use #MyYogaFriendDeb as well.
Happy Thursday to my sweet blogging community.

WOW - thank you. This is very exciting. I have sent you off an email with mailing details. I feel very privileged to be in such good company & growing community. Your post about community reminded me of Dr Brene Brown's observations about belonging and fitting in ...
Oh my, I am so delighted! Thank-you so much :). How lovely it's going to be, to be connected to you in this way. (Your little boat sits right by my computer, too, by the way. So I send you a warm and happy thought every day).
Thanks Deb! I can't wait to have a go at colouring in your mandalas! Have emailed you my address.
Oh, how clever you are! My girl says these will be perfect for her afternoon..it's the day after her Prom and she's looking for something restful to do :)
Love the turtle mandala. Very clever. Having a little catch up in blogland this evening and making good use of the extra hour, with the clocks going back!
