...slept in tents.
...washed dishes outside.
...took naps.
...had our own camping chairs.
...took senior pictures and spent time with our pups.
...used gentle hands.
...doted on a sweet baby.
...painted rocks.
...took long walks.
...woke up to this view.
...and fell asleep to this one.
~sigh~
We had such a great weekend camping near Young, Arizona with friends and family. Here's hoping that each of you got to spend a little happy time in the company of people you love.

it all looks great except for the sleeping outside in a tent part... I'm truly a 5 star hotel kinda gal!
You would have plenty to talk about with TSO who spent her first night under canvas this weekend. It sounds as if ALL of you had a wonderful time. I'm off to wash the woodsmoke out of all her clothes now..
It sounds like a wonderful weekend and what a beautiful view.
It looks and sounds like a great weekend....hurray for family/friends get-togethers.
Can't beat waking up to that view and the sound of singing by the campfire with family and friends.
Although I caught with family and friends, it certainly wasn't in such glorious surroundings...though I have to confess to camping being so NOT my thing!

Looks amazing Deb! And while I love the theory of falling asleep to that beautiful sunset and waking to sunrise, I need my creature comforts too much to ever try camping. Unless one of those tents came with an en suite?!
Now that sounds and looks just perfect .... How lovely! Himself and I were just talking about getting out the camping things the other day ...
Beautiful view to wake up to! Looks like you had a wonderful weekend xx
What a glorious weekend you had and what an adorably sweet baby.
Camping is not for me, but I'll admit that your photos make it look pretty attractive!
AWESOME pictures, dude! Like, your best ever.
See what your daughter said ....
But, I'd never have thought to take paints away camping - bat and ball yes, paint?? I am sure you set everyone to work creatively and no doubt the little one loved it!
Love the photos! And I can't wait to see how you painted those rocks.

Looks like fun to me! We don't get off to camp very often, but hope to squeeze a weekend in this summer with our tenting friends.
