The news in my garden this week?
And teal toes which, surprisingly, I really like. The color is growing on me, and I am actually looking forward to teal for the entire month of September.
Little turtle stepping stones that were displaced when somebody's dog trampled through my garden a while back.
It's interesting that my life is a lot like my garden right now...
Somewhat jumbled. A little cluttered. Quite scattered.
On the edge of blooming.
On the edge of blooming.

I think that 'on the edge of blooming' could take off as a piece of word art
"on the edge of blooming" ... love that!
I thought of you on Tuesday, while out shoe shopping with my kids. There was a lady standing nearby with not only teal toes, but beautifully manicured finger nails too.....and they were glittery! I didn't have the courage to ask if it was for a particular reason though!
Oops...sorry about my dog! Cute pictures today. :)
And full of heart!
This reminds me, I have some flowers I need to get in the ground today.

I agree. . ."on the edge of blooming" is a lovely phrase that ought to find it's way onto some artwork. Love that zinnias are just starting there. My garden is fading fast. I just bought five mums to brighten the front yard until the snow flies.
Love those stepping stones and heart stones! Wonder whose dog that might have been... ;)
Yu are reminding. E the I need to get to work in my garden. But it is still so hot.
..and maybe with you needing some gentle care too?
That's's all the things that make life interesting. Who wants a boring life? Enjoy it all while you can.
