♥ ♥
Maybe you're familiar with this scenario: You have a bunch of nieces and nephews who are running around, being little kids when all of a sudden - WHAM!!! - they're grown up and getting married and having babies of their own. HOW did that happen?!?!
My SIL Laurie is getting two grand-babies within a few weeks of each other. You know I'm happy for her but I'm not gonna' lie. I'm a little jealous too! Her oldest daughter is having a girl {K} and daughter number two is having a baby boy {J}.
Before Christmas I tried some iron-on-transfer sheets to make some work t-shirts for Doug and I was hooked. I was dying to iron-it-on to something else and had the idea to create these little onesies for my nieces {whoa...for my great-niece and -nephew...}.
Super easy. So tiny. And a little bit turtle-y.
:o)
{The tags were cut with my Cricut using Mickey font cartridge.}
My other contribution for the baby shower this
afternoon is mini-donuts so I'd best get going.
What's on your agenda for this weekend?

Cute idea, and a quick embellishment. I will be getting my grandson ready for Surgery number three which is on Monday. Have a fun weekend.
I can relate to them growing up so fast - I'll be having another great-nephew/niece this year, too.
Hope you enjoy the baby shower & your weekend. We're off to a flea market this morning, then some relaxing for me this afternoon (maybe a little scrapping) while hubby goes to a men's tailgate party.
That first photo really got my attention - my son's initials are JK!
Baby showers are just about catching on over here, and what a lovely idea they are.
Love those turtle onesies - how cute!
Those onesies are just too cute! I have 1 nephew and 2 nieces that have already turned 18 and a 3rd will join them in adulthood this year. They are a little young to be giving me great niece/nephews just yet I hope!
Those are so cute,Deb....what a lovely idea.
I LOVE these onesies and I know that the K's and the babies are going to love them too!!
So cute :0) They will be the best dressed babies around. Thank you so much for the pretzels and embellishments - arrived yesterday - I'll e-mail my thoughts and share on my blog.
Sooo so cute! You must be the best Aunt ever! I'm so not ready to be a grandmother yet - it has not appeal at all.
Today I'm hanging out in my office, finishing up some grading stuff, because Henry is attending a "College ID" soccer training camp on campus.
Hope toget some creating time tomorrow.

Love the little onesies and how exciting two new babies in the family.
Love love love the onesies, they are so cute! Your nieces are so lucky to have you as an Aunt. Hope you had lots of fun at the baby shower.
I had planned on having a relaxing day but that didn't happen! Some decluttering, sorting and running around after "children" took place instead :)
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
