I hadn't even noticed the oranges. :) I miss our sunny garden - the trees just basically block it out except for where the deck is. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6882176416659082850.post-21766895154233784022013-08-03T16:20:40.724-07:002013-08-03T16:20:40.724-07:00I'm glad August is here, too. My hibiscus has thrived this summer, its 4th year, when it almost croaked the previous 3 so I'm happy about that!Candacehttp://maccandace.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6882176416659082850.post-91872006419313025342013-07-30T23:19:18.151-07:002013-07-30T23:19:18.151-07:00What a lucky acquisition was your Lucky dog - just...What a lucky acquisition was your Lucky dog - just looking at that photo made me laugh out loud. It's so discouraging. Everyone is attributing it to the heavy rain we had earlier in July. Fortunately Tracy put the left-over plants in some big pots, and I've harvested a few eggplants and squash from them. My herbs in pots are good as well. It's funny how you don't see something right before your eyes until you photograph it. It happens to me a lot with papercrafting. I don't see a problem until I see the photo, and then I have to take the card apart to fix it!Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05510788797735066383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6882176416659082850.post-85188239443212880472013-07-30T15:56:56.461-07:002013-07-30T15:56:56.461-07:00Hahaha, your comment about the 2 blood oranges is ...Hahaha, your comment about the 2 blood oranges is hilarious. Your doggie is gorgeous, and I'm so jealous of your garden! I live in Brooklyn and have some house plants, but my attempts at a windowsill herb garden turned out to be a total failure.
